금융위원회는 11일 금융소비자보호법 시행령과 금융소비자보호 감독규정 개정안에 대한 입법예고·규정변경을 예고했다.지난해 9월 '전자금융거래법'이 개정되면서 소액후불결제업무가 제도화됐다.금융소비자보호법령상 판매규제 등을 기존 금융상품과 같이 동일하게 적용하는 게 뼈대였다.

이번 법령 개정안의 주요 내용은 소액후불결제를 '대출성 상품'으로 규정하는 것이다.소액후불결제는 신용카드와 유사하게 신용공여 성격을 지닌다.소액후불결제에도 불공정영업행위·부당권유행위 금지,점화 카지노 무료 $10광고규제 등 규제를 적용한다.예를 들어 금융소비자가 금융상품 관련 내용을 명확히 이해한 상태에서 계약을 체결해야한다.

금소법 시행령 및 금융소비자보호 감독규정 개정안은 11일부터 내달 12일까지 입법예고·규정변경예고를 실시한다.이후 차관회의·국무회의 의결 등의 절차를 거쳐 시행된다.
