김선광 대전시의회 후반기 의장 단독후보에 대해선 경고 조치했다.김 의원은 '정당한 이유 없이 2차 투표에서 의원들의 본회의장 불참을 유도해 의결을 무효화시킨 행위'로 징계 대상자에 포함됐다.

다만 김선광 의원을 의장 후보로 결정했음에도 시의회 본회의에서 김 의원을 선출하기로 한 시당 지침을 어긴 송인석·이상래·정명국·민경배·이재경·이금선·송활섭·안경자 의원은 본회의 의결시까지 징계를 보류하기로 했다.

한편 대전시당 윤리위는 대전시의회 A의원 성추행과 관련해 징계 개시 결정을 내린 가운데 관련자 소명절차 후 징계를 논의하기로 했다.
