한 남학생이 학교 복도에서 우산을 들고 교실 문을 내려칩니다.

"이 학교 그만 둘거야.네가 뭐 잘했다고."

학생은 무단 조퇴를 막자 난동을 부린 것으로 알려졌습니다.

"이렇게까지 교직 생활을 해야 하나 동료 교사들이 보는 데서도 또 그렇게 되니까…."

선생님들은 말리는 것 외에 아무것도 할 수 없었고 학생은 결국 무단으로 조퇴했습니다.

그런데 학생의 어머니는 아이를 강제 하교 시켰다며 학교로 찾아와 항의했습니다.

"복도에서 담임 선생님을 불렀고 만난 즉시 팔을 때렸고 욕을 하셨다고…."

다른 학부모들은 해당 학생이 세번째 강제 전학 와서도 문제를 일으키고 있다며 대책 마련을 요구하고 있습니다.

"선생님들의 교권도 보호를 해 주지 않으면서 아이들이 받은 피해에 대해 어떻게 보상을 할 거냐고요."

전북자치도교육청은 이 학생의 부모를 교육적 방임에 의한 아동학대 혐의로 경찰에 고발했습니다.
