[사진 = 연합뉴스]대전의 한 고등학교 40대 체육 교사가 여제자와 부적절한 교제를 한 것으로 알려져 시교육청이 조사에 나섰다.

11일 대전시교육청에 따르면 이러한 부적절한 교제는 피해 학생이 상담교사와의 상담에서 이러한 사실을 털어놓으며 알려지게 됐다.

학교 측은 이를 시교육청에 보고하고 경찰에도 신고했다.이 교사는 현재 직위 해제된 상태다.

학생은 현재 극심한 심리 불안을 호소하고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.시교육청과 학교 측은 외부 상담·치유기관과도 연계할 예정이다.

이번 사건의 경우 아동복지법과 아동학대처벌법 위반 혐의가 부여될 수 있다.교사로서 특수신분관계였다는 점이 고려돼 미성년자 간음죄가 추가 적용될 가능성도 존재한다.

시교육청 관계자는 “학생 보호가 최우선”이라며 “정확한 조사가 이뤄지는 대로 해당 교사를 엄중히 조치할 방침”이라고 말했다.
