직장인들이 실제로 체감하는 '세대차이'는 어떨까.커리어 플랫폼 사람인이 직장인 2236명에게 직장 내 세대차이 유무를 물어본 결과,전체의 75.9%가 '세대차이를 느끼고 있다'고 답했다.

세대차이를 느끼는 대상자는 '사원급'이 35.6%로 가장 높았고,던파 바칼 레이드다음으로는 '임원급(23.0%)' '부장급(16.0%)' '대리급(11.5%)' 순이었다.

세대차이를 가장 크게 느끼는 상황으로는 '일과 삶 분리,조직 헌신에 견해가 다를 때(45.2%(이하 복수응답)'가 꼽혔다.그다음은 '관심사나 일상적인 대화 주제가 다를 때(34.5%)' '각자의 경험과 사고방식이 너무 다를 때(30.1%)' '복장,던파 바칼 레이드인사 등 직장생활 방식에 견해가 다를 때(21.7%)' '말투 등 커뮤니케이션 방식에서 차이를 느낄 때(20.6%)'가 뒤를 이었다.

세대차이를 극복하려는 노력은 부족한 것으로 나타났다.'세대차이를 극복하기 위해 노력한다'는 응답자는 절반(49.5%)에 미치지 못했다.'기업 내에서 조직문화를 변경하려는 의지가 있다'는 응답률은 19.3%에 그쳤다.

■ 기업 86.6% 인력난,연봉 못 맞춰줘서…

한국 기업 10곳 중 8곳은 인력난에 시달리는 것으로 나타났다.HR테크기업 인크루트가 기업 인사 담당자 343명에게 '올해 인력난을 겪었는지'를 물어본 결과,던파 바칼 레이드86.6%가 '그렇다'고 답했다.'대체로 그렇다'는 응답자는 55.7%,던파 바칼 레이드'매우 그렇다'는 30.9%였다.

인력을 구하기 힘든 가장 큰 원인은 '연봉'이었다.'연봉이 적어 인력을 구하기 어렵다'는 응답자는 25.3%를 차지했다.그다음으로는 '기업 규모가 작아서(18.2%)' '회사 이름이 많이 알려지지 않아서'(12.8%) '채용 브랜딩 부족해서(12.5%)' 순이었다.

가장 심한 인력난을 겪고 있는 직무는 '생산·정비·기능·노무(13.4%)'인 것으로 나타났다.그 뒤를'무역·영업·판매·매장 관리(12.0%)' '인터넷·IT·통신·모바일·게임(11.7%)' '전자·기계·기술·화학·연구개발(11.7%)'이 이었다.
