[청주=뉴시스]이도근 기자 = 충북도는 청주 오송 제3생명과학 국가산업단지(국가산단) 조성사업을 위해 지정됐던 토지거래허가구역을 일부 해제한다고 13일 밝혔다.

해제 지역은 국가산단 사업구역에서 제외된 토지다.청주시 오송읍 서평리,동평리,오송리 등 3개리 2.68㎢다.이번 결정으로 오송 3국가산단 토지거래허가구역은 당초 6.93㎢에서 4.25㎢로 축소됐다.

허가구역으로 지정된 지역의 토지를 거래할 때 용도지역별 일정 면적을 초과하면 청주시장의 허가를 받아야 한다.지정기간은 2027년 9월19일까지다.

만일 허가를 받지 않고 토지거래계약을 체결하거나 목적대로 이용하지 않으면 '부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률'에 따라 벌금 또는 이행강제금이 부과된다고 도는 설명했다.

도 관계자는 "이번 토지거래허가구역 해제로 도민 재산권 행사에 불편함이 해소될 것으로 보인다"며 "조정된 지역에 대해서는 토지거래 모니터링을 통해 투기 거래를 차단하는 등 적극 관리해 나갈 것"이라고 말했다.

도내 토지거래허가구역 지정된 곳은 청주 오송 3국가산단,중절수술 합법분평2 공공주택지구(6.93㎢),중절수술 합법에어로폴리스 3지구(1.22㎢),중절수술 합법오송 철도클러스터 국가산업단지(1.18㎢),중절수술 합법충주시 바이오헬스 국가산업단지(2.33㎢) 등 모두 5개 지구 15.91㎢다.충북 총면적의 0.21%에 해당한다.
