민희진 어도어(ADORE) 대표가 하이브(HYBE) 측으로부터 고발된 업무상 배임 혐의 관련으로 9일 첫 경찰조사를 받는다.

민 대표는 이날 오후 1시 38분께 서울 용산경찰서에 출석했다.경찰은 이날 오후 2시부터 민 대표에 대한 첫 피고발인 조사를 시작했다.

민 대표는 경찰서에서 취재진과 만나 자신의 혐의와 관련해 "사실대로 얘기하면 된다.업무상 배임이 말이 안 된다"고 밝힌 후 조사에 들어갔다.

앞서 하이브는 지난 4월 민 대표가 자회사인 어도어의 경영권을 탈취하려 했다며 업무상 배임 혐의로 고발했다.

하이브는 민 대표가 경영권 탈취 계획을 수립해 업무상 배임에 해당하고,한국 야구 플레이오프관련자 진술과 물증을 확보했다고 주장했다.반면 민 대표 측은 지분 구조상 경영권 찬탈이 불가능하며 배임이 아니라는 입장이다.
