36주차 태아에 대한 임신 중지,when done실제로도 어렵지 않게 수술할 병원을 찾을 수 있다는 게 문제라는 지적입니다.저희 취재진이 확인해보니 임신 30주차가 넘었다고 해도 가능하니 빨리 오라고 할 정도였습니다.

수도권에 있는 산부인과들에 무작위로 전화를 걸었습니다.

임신 25주차인데 임신중지 수술이 가능한지 물었습니다.

임신 25주차부터는 태아가 스스로 생존이 가능한 시기로 간주됩니다.

[A 병원 : 이 주 수면 하루 만에 끝나진 않고 이틀 정도 걸리신다고 생각하셔야 해요.{이틀 정도 잡으면 되기는 할까요?} 가능하세요.]

임신 30주차라고 하니 빨리 오라고 합니다.

[B 병원 : 30주차면 제가 알기로 좀 빨리 오셔야 될 것 같은데,when done내일 혹시 진료 가능하세요?]

유도분만을 해야 하니 분만병원을 연결하겠다거나,when done요즘 시끄러우니 일단 찾아오라는 곳도 있습니다.

[B 병원 : 요즘 유튜버 그게 좀 난리가 나서요.저희가 전화상으로는 좀 자세하게 상담이 힘들어서 방문하셔서 진료 보신 분들한테만 상담이 좀 자세하게 되거든요.고객님.]

비용은 병원마다 부르는 게 값입니다.

[C 병원 : 14주,when done15주차 초반까지 현금으로 하셨을 때 260(만원) 정도.진료 비용은 별도고요.]

임신 주수가 늘어날수록 비용도 올라갑니다.

전문가들은 임신중지가 더 음성화되기 전에 새로운 법이 만들어져야 한다고 강조합니다.

[김선혜/이화여대 여성학과 교수 : (임신중지 수술에 대한) 정보나 교육이나 의료 서비스에 접근할 수 있는 거를 보장해 주는 게 건강에 대한 보장이 실질적으로 되는 거잖아요.근데 그게 전혀 안 되고 있는 상황 자체가 굉장히 문제적인 거죠.]

21대 국회에서 발의됐던 임신중지 수술 관련 법안 13개는 전부 폐기됐습니다.

22대 국회는 원점에서 다시 논의를 시작해야 합니다.
