이어 홍 판사는 “피고인은 피해자의 방송 수입에 의존하다가 이혼을 요구받자 협박했다”면서 “범행 동기를 보면 비난받을 가능성이 커 실형으로 엄벌해야 한다”고 양형 이유를 밝혔다.

피해자 아버지는 검찰 구형에도 훨씬 못 미치는 형이 선고되자 법정 밖에서 바닥에 주저앉아 “날 죽이라”며 울음을 터뜨렸다.앞서 검찰은 A씨에게 징역 7년을 구형했다.

A씨는 2021년부터 지난해까지 30대 아내 B씨에게 성관계 영상 촬영과 성인방송 출연을 요구하며 협박한 혐의 등으로 구속 기소됐다.
