소비자원이 2021년부터 올 2분기까지 온라인서 구입한 가구 관련 피해구제 신청 접수는 2천5백여건이 넘는데요.

이중 20%가 과도한 반품비 관련 분쟁입니다.

반품비가 구입가격의 절반을 넘긴 경우도 149건 중 30건이나 됩니다.

소비자원은 제품 구입 전 규격과 배송비용,반품 요건 등을 꼼꼼히 확인하라고 주의를 당부했습니다.
