[서울=뉴시스] 조현아 기자 = 서울주택도시공사(SH공사)는 올림픽파크포레온 신규 공급 등 장기전세주택 853세대의 입주자·예비입주자를 모집한다고 27일 밝혔다.

시프트(SHift)로 알려진 서울시 장기전세주택은 지난 2007년 오세훈 시장이 최초로 도입한 대표 브랜드로 이사 걱정 없이 최장 20년까지 살 수 있는 주거 지원 사업이다.

이번 모집은 강동구 올림픽파크포레온 1개 단지를 비롯해 강동·마포구 등 서울 6개 자치구에 위치한 7개 지구,롯데몰 야구20개 단지를 대상으로 한다.

신규 공급 세대수는 올림픽파크포레온 746세대다.재공급 주택은 강일·상암2지구 등으로 현재 공가는 없지만 예비입주자 107세대를 모집한다.

일반공급 입주자격은 모집 공고일 기준 서울시에 거주하는 성년자인 무주택 세대 구성원으로 유형별로 소득,부동산,자동차 보유 기준을 갖춰야 한다.

전용 85㎡ 이하 주택은 신청 면적별로 소득조건,롯데몰 야구거주지,청약종합저축 가입 횟수 등에 따라 청약순위가 결정된다.전용 85㎡ 초과 주택은 청약종합저축 예치금액·가입기간에 따라 정해진다.

우선공급 대상은 노부모 부양자,롯데몰 야구2자녀 이상 가구,도시근로자 월평균소득 70% 이하,고령자,다자녀(3자녀 이상),롯데몰 야구국가유공자 등이다.특별공급은 신혼부부에게 공급한다.

청약은 순위에 따라 다음 달 8일부터 15일까지 인터넷·공사 방문을 통해 신청할 수 있다.신청자 수가 공급호수의 200%를 초과할 경우 후순위 신청 접수를 진행하지 않는다.

서류심사 대상자는 8월 9일 발표된다.신규단지 입주는 올해 12월로 예정돼있다.당첨자 발표일과 단지 배치도,평면도,자세한 신청 일정,인터넷 청약 방법 등은 SH공사 누리집에서 확인할 수 있다.

입주자 모집 공고문은 이날 오후 5시 SH공사 누리집에 게시된다.

SH공사는 "장기전세주택의 경우 공공주택 특별법 시행령 제2조 제1항 제3의 2호에 의거 전세계약의 방식으로 공급하는 임대주택"이라며 "현재 일체의 특별 분양·매각 계획이 없으니,이와 관련한 사실과 다른 소문에 유의하시고 피해를 입지 않도록 주의해 주시길 바란다"고 말했다．
