이번 용역 결과에 따르면,총 1200석(중공연장 900석+소공연장 300석) 규모로 연면적 1만1500㎡(지하 1층,지상 2층),주요 시설로는 공연장,전시공간,교육공간,회의공간 등을 포함한 문화예술관이 적합하다는 결론이 나왔다.비용은 총사업비 1102억 원,연간 운영비 약 31억 원이며,중규모 공연장(900석)의 다목적공연장이 경제적 타당성(B/C=1.05)이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이에 따라 인천시는 중공연장(900석) 규모의 문화예술회관이 타당성을 확보했음을 확인하고,멤버 토토 먹튀문화예술진흥법 시행령에 따른 일반공연장으로 분류된 구·군 문화예술회관으로 건립 및 운영하는 것이 적절하다고 판단했다.

다만,멤버 토토 먹튀시에서 직접 건립하는 것이 아닌,문화예술회관이 필요한 구(계양,검단,멤버 토토 먹튀영종)에 최대 50%까지 재정 지원을 해 구별 수요 및 특성에 맞는 문화예술회관을 건립하는 것이 주민들의 문화 향유 기회 확대 및 지역 균형 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단했다.

시 관계자는 이 방안은 2026년 행정체제 개편과 지역 균형 발전에 따른 생활 SOC 시설 확충의 필요성,멤버 토토 먹튀지역적 특성에 따른 문화 수요 차이,최근 문화예술 정책 방향 등을 종합적으로 검토한 결과라고 밝혔다.
