상장 대표 주관사 한투증권·삼성증권 ·JP모건 선정
코스피 직행 가능성↑…이르면 2025년 IPO 마무리클라우드 관리 서비스 기업(MAP) 최초로 유니콘 기업에 오른 메가존클라우드가 상장 주관사 선정을 마치고 기업공개(IPO) 절차에 돌입했다.기업 가치를 최대 6조5000억원으로 평가받고 있다.

7일 업계에 따르면 메가존클라우드는 상장 대표 주관사로 한국투자증권과 삼성증권,유럽여행 슬링백JP모건을 선정했다.공동 주관사는 KB증권과 뱅크오브아메리카(BofA),씨티그룹글로벌마켓코리아증권이다.

메가존클라우드의 상장 후 예상 기업가치는 4조5000억원에서 최대 최대 6조5000억원으로 평가받는다.기업가치를 고려할 때 코스피로 직행할 가능성도 높게 점쳐진다.

메가존클라우드는 지난 2018년 모회사 메가존에서 물적분할한 후 2022년 MBK파트너스와 IMM프라이빗에쿼티(IMM PE) 등으로부터 총 5800억원 규모의 투자를 유치하며 2조4000억원의 기업가치를 인정받은 바 있다.

현재는 미국,일본,캐나다,호주,중국 상해·북경,베트남,홍콩,유럽여행 슬링백싱가포르 등 해외 8개국에서 현지 법인을 운영 중이며 국내를 비롯 아시아 권역에서 MSP 업계 1위로 성장했다.

메가존클라우드는 주관사단과의 논의 후 상장예비심사 청구와 증권신고서 제출 등을 거쳐 국내외 증시에 입성할 예정이다.아직 어느 나라의 어떤 증시에 입성할지 확정하진 않은 상태이며 상장 목표 시점은 오는 2025년으로 예상된다.

한편 메가존클라우드는 지난해 연결 기준 매출 1조4265억원,당기순손실 361억원을 기록했다.매출액은 2년 연속 1조원대를 기록했고,당기순손실은 전년 대비 85% 이상 개선됐다.
