SK하이닉스가 오는 9월 대만에서 자사 인공지능(AI) 메모리 기술을 소개한다.글로벌 파운드리(반도체 위탁생산) 1위인 TSMC의 본토에서 이뤄지는 만큼 양사 간 협업 관련 내용도 담길지 주목된다.

9일 업계에 따르면 김주선 SK하이닉스 AI 인프라 사장은 오는 9월 4일 대만 타이베이에서 개최되는 '세미콘 타이완'에 참석해 기조연설을 할 예정이다.SK하이닉스가 세미콘 타이완 기조연설에 나서는 것은 이번이 처음이다.

세미콘 타이완은 국제반도체장비재료협회(SEMI) 주최로 열리는 대만 최대 규모의 반도체산업 전시회다.TSMC를 비롯한 대만 기업을 중심으로 1000여개 글로벌 기업이 모여 반도체 재료와 장비 및 관련 기술을 선보인다.

김주선 사장은 이번 행사에서 'CEO 서밋'의 기조연설자로 나서 고대역폭 메모리(HBM) 등 AI 반도체와 TSMC와의 협업 등을 언급할 것으로 전해졌다.SEMI 측은 "CEO 서밋에서는 어플라이드 머티어리얼즈,아이멕,마벨,무료 바카라 게임마이크로소프트,콴타,SK하이닉스,무료 바카라 게임TSMC의 경영진이 모여 반도체산업의 미래를 만들어갈 혁신에 대해 논의할 예정"이라고 밝혔다.SK하이닉스는 차세대 맞춤형 HBM 개발,양산을 위해 TSMC와의 협력을 강화하고 있다.앞서 양사는 지난 4월에는 TSMC와 6세대 고대역폭메모리 HBM4 개발에 협업하기 위한 기술 협력 양해각서(MOU)를 체결하기도 했다.

SK하이닉스는 HBM4부터 성능 향상을 위해 베이스 다이 생산에 TSMC의 로직 선단 공정을 활용하고,무료 바카라 게임이를 바탕으로 HBM4를 2025년부터 양산한다는 계획이다.
