[서울=뉴시스]정진형 기자 = 5월 수도권 주택매매시장 소비자 심리지수 8개월 만에 상승 국면에 재진입했다.

18일 국토연구원 부동산시장연구센터가 공표한 '2024년 5월 부동산시장 소비자심리조사'에 따르면,카지노 무료 게임 버팔로지난달 전국 주택매매시장 소비심리지수는 109.3으로 전월(107.3)보다 2.0포인트(p) 상승했다.이는 주택매매시장 소비심리 지수가 지난해 12월 100.1까지 떨어진 뒤 5개월 연속 상승세를 이어간 것이다.

수도권은 3월(100.8)보다 3.2p 오른 104.0이었다.특히 서울은 전달보다 3.0p 오른 108.8로 5개월째 상승했다.인천은 103.7로 직전월보다 4.0p,경기는 101.4로 전달보다 3.3p 각각 상승했다.

비수도권은 1.6p 오른 95.0로 하강 국면을 벗어나 보합 국면에 진입했다.

권건우 국토연구원 전문연구원은 "일반가구와 중개업소 모두 지난달에 비해 주택가격이 상승했다는 응답이 많았다"며 "특히 수도권 내에서도 서울의 주택매매 시장 소비심리가 크게 올라가면서 수도권 지수 자체를 끌어올린 모습"이라고 설명했다．
