(수원=연합뉴스) 경기도는 올해부터 공동주택 관리종사자의 처우 개선을 위해 '착한 아파트'를 선정한다고 19일 밝혔다.

착한 아파트는 도내 의무관리대상 공동주택과 150세대 이상 주상복합아파트를 대상으로 ▲ 근무 환경 ▲ 고용 안정 ▲ 인권 보호 ▲ 상생 활동 분야에 대한 평가를 거쳐 10월에 세대 규모에 따라 3개 그룹별 1개 단지씩 총 3개 단지를 선정한다.

선정된 단지에는 인증 동판과 도지사 표창이 수여된다.

박종근 경기도 공동주택과장은 "공동주택에서 경비·청소원을 비롯한 관리종사자를 갑질 등 부당한 대우로부터 보호하기 위해 착한 아파트를 추진하게 됐다"고 말했다.

앞서 도는 2022년 1월 '공동주택 관리종사자 처우개선에 관한 조례'를 제정하고 이후 '경기도 공동주택관리규약 준칙'에 공동주택 내 괴롭힘 금지조항,포론관리종사자 괴롭힘 예방 및 대응 수칙,포론관리종사자 임금 적정 여부 확인 의무 등을 반영했다.올해부터는 공동주택 주거환경개선 지원사업 중 하나로 경비실 에어컨 설치 비용을 추가 지원한다
