한 40대 남자 배우가 음주운전을 한 것뿐만 아니라 음주운전을 신고한 시민들을 때리고 욕설까지 한 혐의로 경찰 조사 중입니다.이 배우는 시민들의 얼굴 사진을 찍으면서 보복을 하겠다고도 했습니다.

서울 성동구의 한 아파트 지하주차장입니다.

남성 2명이 술에 취한 남성이 도망가지 못하도록 붙잡고 있습니다.

붙잡힌 남성은 한 지상파 공채 탤런트 출신 배우 A씨입니다.

A씨는 두 남성의 목을 손으로 치며 욕을 합니다.

[A씨/배우 (지난 2일) : 네가 건달이냐 이 XXX야?동네 양아치 XX야?XXX야?]

A씨는 지난 2일 새벽 서울 강남의 한 식당에서 술을 마신 뒤 성동구 집까지 만취상태로 운전을 했습니다.

차선을 넘나드는 걸 보고 뒤쫓은 시민들이 경찰에 신고한 뒤 A씨를 막아서자 폭행을 시작했습니다.

[B씨/음주운전 신고자 : 좌측 깜빡이를 켜놓고,카사노1·2차선으로 정상적이지 않게 비틀비틀 주행을 하더라고요.]

A씨의 혈중 알코올 농도는 면허취소 수준이었습니다.

A씨는 신고자들의 얼굴 사진을 찍으며 협박하기도 했습니다.

[C씨/음주운전 신고자 : 차 번호판이랑 저희 얼굴 계속 찍고.]

[B씨/음주운전 신고자 : '너네 이제 가만두지 않겠다' 이런 식으로…]

경찰은 A씨를 음주운전 혐의로 검찰에 넘기고 신고자들을 폭행한 혐의도 조사하고 있습니다.
