유튜버 '쯔양'을 협박해 돈을 갈취하거나,이를 도운 혐의로 유튜버 4명이 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

검찰은 이들이 단체대화방에서 범행 대상을 찾고,평토장관련 정보를 실시간으로 공유했다고 설명했습니다.

수원지검은 지난해 2월 쯔양에게 사생활 의혹 폭로 등을 빌미로 협박해 5,500만 원을 받아 나눠 가진 혐의로 유튜버 '구제역' 이준희 씨와 '주작감별사' 전국진 씨를 구속기소 했습니다.

또,평토장'쯔양 관련 영상을 유튜브에 올리기보다 돈을 뜯어내는 것이 낫다'는 식으로 권유해 범행을 방조한 혐의로 유튜버 '카라큘라' 이세욱 씨를 구속기소하고 '크로커다일' 최일환 씨를 불구속기소 했습니다.

카라큘라와 구제역은 다른 인터넷 방송인을 코인 사기 의혹으로 협박해 각각 3천만 원과 2천2백만 원을 뜯어낸 혐의도 받습니다.

수사 결과,이들은 '한국 온라인 견인차 공제회'라고 자칭하며 단체 대화방 등에서 쯔양 관련 정보를 공유한 걸로 드러났습니다.

검찰은 해당 대화방에서 '돈 좀 받게 동생 좀 꽂아 주십쇼.형님 혼자 드시지 마시고','그냥 몇천 시원하게 당기는 게 낫지 않나' 등의 대화가 오갔다고 설명했습니다.

이들은 범행 이후 대처 방안도 함께 논의한 걸로 파악됐는데,평토장특히,카라큘라와 구제역은 수사에 대비해 통화녹음 파일을 조작하는 등 증거인멸도 시도한 것으로 확인됐습니다.

검찰은 또 쯔양을 공갈한 혐의로 영장이 청구됐으나 기각된 최 모 변호사에 대해서도 보완수사를 거쳐 어제 구속영장을 다시 청구했습니다.
