고용노동부는 오늘(15일) 국가과학기술자문회의에서 대통령 직속 디지털플랫폼정부위원회,기무라 슌지과학기술정보통신부,기무라 슌지인공지능 전문기업 마음AI와 근로감독관 AI 지원시스템 개발을 위한 협약을 체결했다며 이같이 밝혔습니다.

근로감독관 AI 지원시스템은 근로감독관이 신고사건과 근로감독을 더욱 신속하고 정확하게 처리할 수 있도록 지원하고,국민이 노동법에 관해 질문하면 24시간 답변을 제공하는 시스템입니다.

고용노동부는 충분한 신뢰성 테스트를 거쳐 올해 11월 근로감독관 AI 지원시스템을 공개할 예정입니다.

권창준 고용노동부 노동개혁정책관은 “이번 시스템을 시작으로 근로감독 행정 전반에 AI를 활용함으로써 근로감독의 실효성을 높이고 노동약자 보호를 강화하겠다”고 밝혔습니다.
