20년물 남은 물량,디자인 아카데미 아인트호벤10년물 배정 검토정부가 처음 발행한 개인투자용 국채의 첫 청약 결과 10년물에 3000억 원 이상의 자금이 몰리며 흥행에 성공했다.반면 20년물은 당초 기획재정부의 목표에 미달했다.

17일 개인투자용 국채 단독 판매사인 미래에셋증권에 따르면 이달 13일부터 17일 오후 3시 반까지 개인투자용 국채 청약을 접수한 결과 1000억 원 한도로 발행되는 10년 만기 개인투자용 국채에 3493억 원이 몰렸다.경쟁률은 3.493 대 1이다.

반면 20년 만기 개인투자용 국채는 발행 한도 1000억 원에 못 미친 768억 원의 청약금이 들어왔다.20년물 청약이 미달되면서 기재부는 남은 물량을 10년물로 배정하는 방안 등을 검토하고 있다.

발행 한도 이내로 청약액이 모집된 경우 청약액 전액이 배정된다.청약액이 발행 한도를 초과한 경우 모든 청약자에게 기준 금액(300만 원)을 일괄 배정한 뒤 잔여 물량은 개인별 청약 규모에 비례해 배정한다.기준 금액은 청약 상황에 따라 10만 원 단위로 조정할 수 있다.배정 결과는 종료일 다음 날인 18일에 통보될 예정이다.미배정된 청약증거금은 반환된다.

개인투자용 국채는 개인의 노후 자산 마련을 돕기 위해 정부가 처음 도입한 상품으로 기관은 살 수 없다.공모주처럼 청약으로 매입하며 미래에셋증권의 웹사이트나 애플리케이션(앱)에서 전용 계좌를 개설해야 한다.판매 금액은 최소 10만 원으로 10만 원 단위로 금액을 늘릴 수 있다.올 11월까지 매달 청약을 받을 계획이며,디자인 아카데미 아인트호벤발행일(매달 20일) 기준 5영업일 전부터 3영업일 전까지 청약이 진행된다.

한편 청약이 끝난 첫 발행물의 표면·가산금리 합계는 10년물의 경우 3.69%,디자인 아카데미 아인트호벤20년물은 3.725%다.
