주택 시장 회복에 대한 기대감이 높아지자 영끌족들이 9억원대 아파트를 집중적으로 사들인 겁니다.

실제로 5대 은행의 가계대출은 주택담보대출이 급증하면서 보름사이 2조원 넘게 늘어났습니다.

연초부터 시행된 신생아 특례대출도 9억원 이하 아파트 매수심리를 자극했습니다.

서울 아파트값 상승세가 지속될 것으로 보이는 만큼 9억원 아파트의 몸값도 더욱 높아질 전망입니다.

특히 하반기부터 신생아 특례대출에 대한 신청 기준 완화로 매매 수요가 한꺼번에 몰릴 가능성도 있습니다.

때문에 서울에서 9억원 이하 아파트 비중이 큰 강북 지역이 수혜를 받을 것으로 보입니다.

교육 선호도가 높은 노원구를 비롯해 직장인 수요가 많은 서대문구와 성북구 등이 주목받고 있습니다.
