제로인턴은 고용노동부가 주관하는 '미래내일 일경험 지원사업'의 일환으로,맘스터치 휠렛버거만 15세~34세 미취업 청년을 대상으로 하는 인턴십 프로그램이다.참가자들은 프로그램을 통해 기업에서 실무를 경험하며 취업에 필요한 역량을 쌓을 수 있다.

신청 기간은 오는 21일까지이며,맘스터치 휠렛버거제로인턴으로 선정된 참가자들은 29일부터 8월 2일까지 사전 직무 교육을 받는다.교육은 기초역량과 직무역량 투 트랙으로 구성돼 직장 생활에 필요한 기본 소양부터 마케팅,맘스터치 휠렛버거경영 사무 및 실무까지 폭넓게 다룬다.

참가자들은 협의에 따라 4주부터 3개월까지 파견 기업에서 근무하며 실제 업무를 경험한다.△사업 관리 △디자인 △개발 △마케팅 △서비스 기획 △HR △회계 등 희망 분야별로 기업과 매칭되어 실무자들과 의사결정에 참여하고,사수의 피드백을 받으며 직무 경험을 쌓는다.

인턴십 참가자들에게는 특별한 혜택도 주어진다.사전 직무 교육 기간 중 3만 7500원의 교육 수당과 함께 4주간의 인턴십 기간 동안 주 35만원,총 140만원의 인턴 수당이 지급된다.교육부터 인턴십까지 모든 프로그램을 수료한 참가자에게는 고용노동부 수료증이 발급되며,맘스터치 휠렛버거우수 참가자에게는 제로베이스 강의와 전문 컨설턴트의 이력서 및 자기소개서 컨설팅이 무료로 제공된다.
