서울은 올해 1월부터 5개월 연속 상승세를 보이고 있다.3월 112.7,4월 118.0으로,상승폭은 4월(5.3p)보다는 감소했다.

부동산 시장 소비심리지수는 부동산 중개업소와 일반 가구를 대상으로 설문 조사해 소비자의 행태 변화와 인지 수준을 0∼200 범주로 수치화한 지수다.지수가 100보다 크면 가격 상승과 거래 증가 응답자가 많다는 의미고,100보다 작으면 그 반대다.연구원은 지수를 ▲0∼95 하강 ▲95∼114는 보합 ▲115∼200 상승 국면으로 구분한다.

인천(112.1)은 전월(113.4) 대비 1.3p 떨어졌고,경기(112.4)는 전월(109.7) 대비 2.7p 상승했다.
