서울남부지검 금융조사2부는 카카오 창업주인 김범수 경영 쇄신 위원장을 불러 SM 시세 조종 의혹과 관련해 20시간 넘는 밤샘 조사를 벌였습니다.

김 위원장은 어제 오전 8시 10분 비공개 출석해 조사와 조서 열림을 모두 마친 뒤 출석 20시간 30분 만인 오늘 새벽 4시 40분쯤 귀가했습니다.

김 위원장은 지난해 2월 SM엔터 인수 과정에서 경쟁사인 하이브의 공개 매수를 막기 위해 SM엔터 주가를 하이브의 공개매수가인 12만 원보다 높이도록 시세 조종을 한 혐의를 받고 있습니다.

검찰은 이 과정에서 김 위원장의 지시 또는 승인이 있었는지를 집중적으로 들여다본 것으로 알려졌습니다.
