2024 프로야구 2차 신인지명 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

삼성전자 최대 노동조합이 오늘부터 사상 첫 파업에 들어갔습니다.

조합측은 생산 차질을 목표로 한다고 밝혔는데,노조 측은 현재까지 6천5백여 명이 파업에 참여하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.

지형철 기자가 보도합니다.

삼성전자 최대 노동조합인 전국삼성전자노동조합,2024 프로야구 2차 신인지명'전삼노'가 파업에 돌입했습니다.

1차 파업은 오늘부터 오는 10일까지 사흘.

오전 11시부터 파운드리 핵심인 화성사업장 앞에서 집회를 열였습니다.

노조는 사측에 전 조합원에 대한 임금 인상률 적용과 유급휴가 약속 이행,2024 프로야구 2차 신인지명초과이익성과급 기준 개선과 파업에 따른 임금 손실 보상 등을 요구하고 있습니다.

하지만 사측이 이를 수용하지 않고 있다면서 파업으로 인한 손실의 책임은 전적으로 사측에 있다고 주장했습니다.

지난 1월부터 사측과 교섭을 벌여온 전삼노는 중앙노동위원회의 조정 중지 결정과 조합원 찬반투표 등을 거쳐 쟁의권을 확보하고 지난 5월 29일,삼성전자 사상 처음 파업을 선언했습니다.

지난달 7일에는 첫 연가 투쟁도 진행했습니다.

전삼노 조합원 수는 삼성전자 전체 직원의 약 24% 수준,2024 프로야구 2차 신인지명3만 명에 조금 못 미칩니다.

노조는 설비,공정,제조 등 생산에 핵심적 역할을 하는 직군에서도 대거 파업에 참여할 예정이라며 생산 차질을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

다만,지난 연가 투쟁에서 생산 차질이 없었던 만큼,이번 파업 참여 인원과 생산에 미칠 여파는 좀 더 지켜볼 필요가 있다는 시각도 있습니다.

노조는 이번 파업 기간 노사 협상에 성과가 없으면 오는 15일부터 5일간 2차 파업을 이어갈 계획입니다.
