경찰,토토로 먼지60대女 경범죄처벌법 혐의 즉결심판 회부

일산동부경찰서는 60대 여성 A씨를 경범죄처벌법 위반 혐의로 즉결심판에 회부했다고 24일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난 16일 오후 1시30분께 경기 고양시 일산동구에서 112에 전화해 "밤새 쪄놓은 고구마가 없어졌다.빨리 와달라"며 허위신고 한 혐의를 받고 있다.

경찰이 현장에 출동했으나 정작 A씨는 계속 문을 열어주지 않으며 소란을 부린 것으로 전해졌다.

A씨는 앞서 경찰에 1000건이 넘는 거짓신고를 해온 것으로 파악됐다.

즉결심판은 경미한 범죄(20만원 이하 벌금·구류·과료)에 대해 정식 수사와 재판을 거치지 않고 신속한 절차로 처벌하는 약식재판이다.

경찰 관계자는 "지속되는 허위 신고로 인한 경찰력 낭비에 대해 경고하기 위해 지구대에서 즉결심판에 넘겼다"고 말했다.
