소시에테제네랄(SG) 증권발 주가폭락 사태 연루 의혹에 대해 검찰로부터 무혐의 불기소 처분을 받은 가수 겸 배우 임창정 씨가 심경을 밝혔습니다.

임 씨는 오늘(10일) 자신의 인스타그램을 통해 “우선 지난 일 년이 넘는 기간 동안 저의 신중하지 못했던 판단으로 인해,프로야구 올스타 투표 현황상처받으신 모든 분들과 팬 여러분들께 머리숙여 깊이 사죄드린다” 고 말했습니다.

그는 “어리석고 미숙함으로 인해 귀한 이름에 먹칠을 해 많은 분들께 상처를 주게 돼 너무나도 참담한 심정”이라고 심경을 전했습니다.

또 “변명할 필요도 없는 무지한 행동과 철없는 선택들에 대해 법적인 처벌은 받지 않는다 하더라도,그것이 어찌 저의 부끄러웠던 행동을 다 가릴 수 있겠냐"며 자책했습니다.

그러면서 “이 모든 일들을 절대 잊지 않고 평생 반성 또,반성하며 살도록 하겠다"고 밝혔습니다.

임 씨는 SG 증권발 주가폭락 사태 핵심 인물인 라덕연 호안 대표에게 30억원을 투자하고,프로야구 올스타 투표 현황시세조종 조직원들 모임과 투자자 모임에 참석해 라 대표를 치켜세우는 발언 등을 하면서 시세조종 범행에 가담 의혹을 받았습니다.

그러나 서울남부지검 금융·증권범죄 합동수사부는 지난달 30일 임 씨에 대해 불기소 처분했습니다.

검찰은 계좌 등을 분석한 결과 임 씨가 라씨 일당의 시세조종 범행을 알고 가담했다고 볼 수 없다고 판단했습니다.

임 씨가 라 씨로부터 투자수익금이나 투자유치 대가를 받은 사실도 없는 것으로 조사됐습니다.

검찰은 “투자자 모임은 임창정 씨가 시세조종 조직에 투자하기 전에 이뤄졌고,행사 진행 과정에서 발언은 사전 계획 없이 라 씨와의 친분 과시를 위해 즉흥적으로 이뤄진 것으로 드러났다”고 밝혔습니다.
