26일 부산시 사하구는 지난 22일 올해 10월 예정된 '미혼 내·외국인 남녀 만남의 날' 행사 예산을 2024년 제1회 추가경정예산안에 반영했다고 밝혔다.해당 행사는 시범사업 형식으로 진행되며,내국인 위주로 참가자를 선발할 계획이다.

지원 대상자는 주민등록지 또는 근무지가 사하구로 되어있는 1981년~2001년생이다.사하구는 1차로 서류심사를 보고,2차는 면접을 통해 최종 참가자를 선발하겠다고 밝혔다.

2차를 통과한 참가자들은 ▲만남 비용 ▲상견례 비용 ▲결혼 축하금 ▲주거 지원 ▲데이트·결혼 비용 등을 지원받는다.커플 성사 시 50만원이 선지급되고,뉴욕 시티패스상견례를 할 경우 1인당 100만원이 지급된다.결혼식을 올리게 되면 축의금으로 2000만원을 지원받으며,뉴욕 시티패스전셋집을 구할 때는 전세보증금 3000만원 또는 월세 80만원(최대 5년)을 보장받는다.해당 소개팅 프로그램으로 만난 남녀가 결혼해서 전셋집에 거주한다고 치면,두 사람에게 최대 5300만원을 지급한다는 말이 된다.

사하구 측은 "올해 10월 시범적으로 행사를 진행해보고,뉴욕 시티패스내년부터는 외국인까지 대상을 늘려 월 1회로 사업을 확대할 계획이다"라고 밝혔다.
