중소기업 업계가 저출생 추세 반전에 힘을 보탠다.

중소기업중앙회는 15일 서울 여의도 중기중앙회에서 '저출산고령사회위원회-중소기업계 간담회'를 개최했다.

이번 간담회는 정부에서 발표한 '저출생 추세 반전을 위한 대책'에 대한 중소기업계 의견을 수렴하고,일·가정양립 여건 조성에 대한 현장 목소리와 건의 사항 등을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

간담회에 참석한 중소기업계 단체장들은 △대체인력 확보 지원 △동료 업무분담 지원금 확대 △중소기업에 대한 과도한 노동규제 개선 △연구개발(R&D) 외국인력 허용 기준 완화 등 현장 애로와 건의 사항을 전달했다.

김기문 중기중앙회장은 "일·가정양립제도가 강화되면 만성적인 인력난을 겪고 있는 중소기업들은 부담이 가중될 수 밖에 것이 현실"이라며 "경영에 집중할 수 있어야 일·가정 양립 환경 조성에도 적극 나설 수 있는 만큼 중소기업에 대한 지원 강화가 필요하다"고 말했다.
