자신의 음주 운전을 신고했다는 이유로 시민에게 욕설을 퍼붓고 폭행한 40대 남자 배우가 경찰 조사를 받은 사실이 알려졌다.

9일 서울 성동경찰서는 지상파 공채 탤런트 출신 배우 A씨를 폭행 혐의로 조사 중이라고 밝혔다.

지난 2일 오전 3시40분쯤 A씨는 서울 강남구의 한 식당에서 술을 마시고 성동구 자택까지 3㎞가량 음주 운전을 한 뒤,오늘은 많이음주 운전 의심 신고를 한 시민을 폭행한 혐의를 받는다.

당시 현장에 출동한 경찰은 A씨에 음주 측정을 진행했고,오늘은 많이그 결과 A씨의 혈중 알코올 농도는 면허취소 수준인 것으로 확인됐다.

해당 사건에 이날 JTBC는 A씨가 당시 아파트 지하 주차장에서 난동을 부린 장면을 담긴 영상을 공개했다.

영상에는 남성 두명이 A씨가 도망가지 못하도록 붙잡고 있는 모습이 담겼다.이들은 A씨의 음주 운전을 의심해 뒤를 쫓은 시민들이다.

A씨는 두 남성의 제지에 이들의 목을 손으로 치는 등 폭행을 하며 "네가 건달이냐 이 XXX야?동네 양아치 XX야?XXX야?"라는 등의 욕설을 내뱉었다.

또 시민들의 얼굴과 차량 번호판을 찍으며 "가만두지 않겠다"고 협박까지 한 것으로 전해졌다.

경찰은 A씨를 음주운전 혐의로 송치하고,오늘은 많이폭행 혐의에 대해서는 피해자 진술 등을 받아 사실관계를 파악 중이다.
