플랫폼·데이터 영역에선 익시젠을 구심점으로 삼아 B2B AI 솔루션 '익시 엔터프라이즈(ixi Enterprise)'를 내놓는다.통신뿐만 아니라 금융·교육·보안 등 여러 산업영역을 위한 특화 sLLM을 내놓고,sLLM의 파라미터(매개변수)규모 또한 88억개·250억개 등으로 세분화한다는 계획이다.이를 위해 LG유플러스는 △AI서비스 제작·관리 플랫폼 '익시 솔루션' △데이터 관리플랫폼 'U+ 데이터레이크' △머신러닝 자동화 플랫폼 '바이올렛' 등 AX(AI전환) 플랫폼 3종을 출시했다.

AI콘택센터(AICC)·기업커뮤니케이션·소호(SOHO)·모빌리티는 '4대 AI응용서비스 사업'으로 삼는다.익시젠 기반으로 기업규모에 맞는 구축형·공유형 AICC를 내놓고,2024 프로야구 와일드카드 일정기업 전화·메시지 사업도 AI를 접목한 '커뮤니케이션 AX' 상품으로 출시할 예정이다.소호사업은 이미 출시한 AI 전화·예약 외에도 키오스크·CCTV·POS(판매시점관리) 하드웨어에 온디바이스AI를 도입하기로 했다.화물운송 중개플랫폼 '화물잇고'는 예약·배차·차량상태·정산 등 전 과정에 AI를 활용한다.

LG유플러스는 AI 사업을 위해 딥엑스·포티투마루·라이드플럭스·AWS(아마존웹서비스)·한국과학기술원(KAIST) 등과 협력한다고 밝혔다.권용현 LG유플러스 기업부문장(전무)는 "전사적 역량을 AI에 결집하고,모든 서비스에 AI를 적용해 기업고객과 성장하겠다는 의미를 올 인 AI 전략에 담았다"며 "올해 고객의 성장을 이끄는 AI사업자로 발돋움하는 모습을 보일 것"이라고 말했다.
