우크라이나 제2의 도시인 하르키우에 러시아 폭탄이 떨어지던 순간이 담긴 CCTV 영상이 공개됐습니다.

로이터 통신에 따르면 22일(현지시간) 러시아가 우크라이나 하르키우에 폭격을 가해 최소 3명이 숨지고 52명이 다쳤습니다.

폭발이 일어나기 전 본능적으로 몸을 숙였던 이 여성은 다행히 목숨을 건져 다른 곳으로 대피했습니다.

젤렌스키 대통령은 "6월 초부터 러시아가 우크라이나에 유도폭탄 2,400발 이상을 발사했으며 이 중 약 700발이 하르키우를 겨냥했다"고 밝혔습니다.

그러면서 "러시아 전투기 등 유도폭탄의 운반 수단을 파괴하는 데 필요한 병력과 수단이 절실하다"며 동맹국들의 지원을 촉구했습니다.

러시아는 이날 하르키우 외에 우크라이나 남동부와 서부의 에너지 시설에도 공격을 가했습니다.

러시아가 에너지 기반 시설을 겨냥한 공격을 강화하면서 우크라이나의 발전 용량이 절반 이하로 급감,전력 공급 차질이 심각해지고 있습니다.
