19일 서울시는 제4차 공공주택통합심의위원회에서 신길2구역 도심 공공주택 복합사업계획이 조건부가결됐다고 밝혔다.

신길2구역 위치도이에 따라 신길2구역엔 총 18개 동,지하 3층~지상 45층 규모 공공주택 1332가구가 공급된다.용적률은 300% 이하로 적용됐다.공공분양주택 905가구,이익공유형 분양주택 267가구,공공임대주택 160가구 등이다.

우신초 인근 경관녹지를 조성하해 단지 진입로 보행환경을 개선하기로 했다.또 단지 내 공공보행통로와 가로형 공개공지를 연계해 안전하고 쾌적한 통학로를 만드는 한편 주변 지역과 소통할 수 있도록 조성한다.

시는 신길2구역을 분양과 임대가구 간 구분을 없앤 소셜믹스 단지로 구현할 방침이다.이번 심의 결과를 토대로 2026년 하반기 착공,2029년 준공을 목표로 추진한다.
