이 원칙을 적용하면 해리스 이름 뒤에 s없이 아포스트로피만 붙이면 소유격이 됩니다.

하지만 뉴욕타임스를 비롯해 워싱턴 포스트나 월스트리트저널 등 주요 일간지들은 AP와 반대 방식을 쓰고 있어 혼란이 일고 있습니다.

해리스 부통령이 러닝메이트로 지명한 팀 월즈도 같은 논쟁이 일고 있는 가운데 해리스 캠프 역시 뾰족한 답을 내놓지 못하고 있다고 AP는 보도했습니다.
