젤렌카는 출시와 동시에 보험급여가 적용돼 40㎎ 기준 22만390원에 판매된다.이는 국내 휴미라 바이오시밀러 중 가장 저렴한 가격으로,환자들이 제때 치료받을 수 있는 것은 물론 건강보험 재정도 절감하리라 기대된다.

출시된 제형은 주사기 내에 내용물이 미리 충전되어 있는 프리필드 시린지와 펜 형태의 기기를 통해 내용물을 자동으로 피부에 주입할 수 있는 오토인젝터 등 두 가지다.젤렌카의 적응증은 휴미라와 동일하게 류마티스 관절염,건선성 관절염,라스베가스 슬롯 머신 무료축성 척추관절염,건선,성인·소아 크론병,궤양성 대장염,베체트 장염,포도막염,라스베가스 슬롯 머신 무료화농성 한선염,소아 특발성관절염,소아 판상 건선 등의 자가면역질환이다.
