광주와 전남을 기반으로한 중견건설사,레오파드 안전화남양건설이 법인 회생절차,법정관리를 신청했습니다.

아파트 신축현장에서 공사 대금을 못받고,관급공사에서도 손실이 나면서 자금난을 견디지 못한 건데,레오파드 안전화지역 중소건설사들이 잇따라 흔들리면서 건설업계 전반에 위기감이 높아지고 있습니다.

보도에 김정대 기자입니다.

[리포트]

지역주택조합이 추진하는 광주 남구 3백90세대의 아파트 공사현장입니다.

남양건설이 시공을 맡았지만,지난 4월부터 조합측으로부터 공사비를 받지 못하고 있습니다.

담양의 한 지역주택조합 현장도 공사비가 밀려 있는데,레오파드 안전화두 곳에서만 못 받은 공사대금이 2백 50억 원에 달합니다.

민간 사업 공사비를 제때 받지 못한데다 원자재와 인건비 상승으로 대형 관급공사에서도 손실을 보면서 남양건설이 법정관리를 신청했습니다.

지난해 시공능력 평가액 백27위인 중견건설사지만,레오파드 안전화자금난을 견디지 못한 겁니다.

법원에 신청한 재무제표상 채무액은 천 백억원 규모,남양건설의 법정관리 신청으로 아파트 공사 현장 뿐아니라 여수 경도 연륙교 개설공사 등 지자체 발주 공사에도 차질이 우려됩니다.

[전남도 관계자 : "하도급이나 자재비 지출에 이상이 없도록 저희들이 관리할 것이고 공동 도급사와 대책 회의를 할 예정입니다."]

지난 연말부터 지역기반 건설업체들이 잇따라 법정관리를 신청하면서 위기감은 업계 전반으로 확산하는 분위기입니다.

도급순위 99위의 한국건설과 105위 새천년건설 등 법정관리를 신청한 지역 건설사가 벌써 10여곳에 이릅니다.

중소 건설사들이 어려움을 겪으면서 그 여파가 협력업체로 번지는 등 건설업계발 지역경제 위기감이 갈수록 커지고 있습니다.
