(서울=연합뉴스) 이승연 기자 = 국토교통부는 제2차 모빌리티 혁신위원회를 개최해 4건의 모빌리티 서비스를 규제 특례 서비스로 지정했다고 14일 밝혔다.

우선 현대자동차가 신청한 '휠체어 뒤보기 자동고정장치'가 규제 특례로 지정됐다.

현재 저상버스 내 휠체어는 차량 이동 방향을 향해 앉는 '앞보기' 설치만 가능하다.

국토부는 교통 약자의 이동 편의를 개선하고 차별적 요소를 배제하기 위해 휠체어 뒤보기 설치가 가능하도록 했다.

행복이음협동조합과 모두앤컴퍼니가 신청한 '교통약자 맞춤 병원 서비스'에도 규제 특례가 주어졌다.

여객자동차법상 운송사업자 면허를 취득해야만 유상 운송 서비스가 가능하지만,해외로또 1076회국토부는 교통약자를 위한 교통수단이 부족한 점을 고려해 병원 이동에 한해 서비스가 이뤄질 수 있도록 했다.

이에 따라 앞으로는 동행 전문가가 특수개조 차량을 활용해 교통 약자를 유상으로 병원 이송하는 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 됐다.

메르세데스-벤츠코리아가 신청한 차량 정비 모바일 서비스도 선정됐다.

자동차관리법상 차량 정비는 등록된 정비사업장에서만 가능하도록 규정하고 있으나,해외로또 1076회앞으로는 정비사업장이 아닌 곳에서 차량 진단기를 통해 진단 작업 및 리콜 캠페인을 실시할 수 있게 됐다.

박상우 국토부 장관은 "규제 샌드박스를 통해 낡은 규제를 과감히 걷어내고,해외로또 1076회생활 밀착형 사업 발굴에 박차를 가함으로써 모빌리티 혁신을 앞당겨야 한다"며 "국민과 기업이 모두 만족하는 성과를 만들고 모빌리티 산업이 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하겠다"고 말했다.
