GCSI 글로벌고객만족도 조사는 산업부 소관 사단법인 글로벌경영협회가 주최하며,2005년부터 시작해 올해로 20년 차를 맞았다.

넥센타이어는 올해 조사에서 ▲성능우수성 ▲고객지향성 ▲고객유지관리 ▲가격대비품질 ▲글로벌경쟁력 ▲재구매의향 등의 요소를 평가한 점수를 합산해 업계 종합 1위를 달성했다.
