대한항공과 아시아나항공의 기업결합이 마무리 수순에 접어든 가운데 아시아나항공 노조 측이 합병 반대 입장을 내놓았습니다.

아시아나항공 조종사노조와 일반노조는 오늘(25일) 공동 성명서를 내고 "대한항공의 아시아나항공 인수합병은 국가적·국민적 피해가 초래될 것이 명백하기에 결사 반대한다"고 강조했습니다.

이어 "지금까지 진행된 인수합병 과정을 보면 대한항공이 내세우던 메가캐리어는 허울뿐인 간판이 됐으며 오직 조원태 한진그룹 회장의 경영권 방어를 위한 수단으로 전락했음이 분명하다"고 주장했습니다.

또한,슬롯 맥스 윈노조는 대한항공이 인수합병 과정에서 다수의 운수권을 반납하면서 항공산업 매출이 외국 항공사로 넘어가게 됐고,슬롯 맥스 윈로마 등 유럽행 항공편의 운항 횟수가 줄어 국민의 피해가 발생하고 있다고 지적했습니다.

아시아나항공의 화물부문 우선 인수협상 대상자로 선정된 에어인천에 대해서는 "영속성이 불투명하기에 결국 항공 화물사업까지도 대한항공의 독점으로 귀결될 우려가 높다"고 우려했습니다.

끝으로 노조는 관할 당국인 산업은행과 국토교통부,슬롯 맥스 윈공정거래위원회를 향해 "합병을 원점 재검토해 제삼자 인수기업을 발굴해 달라"고 촉구했습니다.

현재 대한항공은 아시아나항공과의 기업결합을 신고한 14개 필수 신고국 중 미국을 제외하고 13개국의 승인을 받은 상태입니다.
