[디지털데일리 오병훈 기자] 과학기술정보통신부(장관 이종호,천 슬로건 제작이하 과기정통부)가 소프트웨어(SW) 사업 발주 모범 사례를 선정했다.

과기정통부는 5일‘2024년도 상반기 소프트웨어사업 우수발주자’8인을 선발·시상했다.이는 건전한 발주문화 정착을 목적으로 지난 2015년 시작돼 매년 2차례 진행된다.

우수발주자 8인은 관련 기업 및 기관으로부터 한국소프트웨어산업협회에 접수된 추천서 심사를 통해 선정됐다.

심사는‘사업관리 우수성‘사업환경 개선 노력‘적정대가 산정 노력‘과업변경 최소화 노력‘발주행정 생태계 개선에 대한 노력’등을 기준으로 이뤄졌다.

우수발주자로는 ▲김종휘 AJ네트웍스 팀장 ▲강태화 경기도교육청 주무관 ▲윤병규 광주테크노파크 선임 ▲ 김동휘 농업정책보험금융원 팀장 ▲심명진 한국도로공사 차장 ▲서동휘 한국전력거래소 대리 ▲양혜진 한국주택금융공사 차장 ▲최홍서 한전KDN 차장이 선정됐다.

황규철 과기정통부 소프트웨어정책관은 “우수발주자의 노력이 소프트웨어산업 내 건전한 발주문화 정착에 기여하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 발주기관과 소프트웨어기업이 상생협력하는 생태계를 조성해,천 슬로건 제작디지털 대전환 시대 핵심 기반인 소프트웨어의 가치 보장 및 산업 성장 기반을 만들겠다”고 말했다.
