춘천지법 "죄질 불량·피해자와 합의되지 않아" 징역형 집유 선고

(춘천=연합뉴스) 강태현 기자 = 창문 틈 사이로 보이는 여성의 신체를 집 밖에서 휴대전화로 불법 촬영한 30대가 징역형을 선고받고 공무원 자격을 잃을 처지가 됐다.

춘천지법 형사1단독 신동일 판사는 성폭력처벌법상 카메라 등 이용 촬영 혐의로 기소된 A(34)씨에게 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고했다고 14일 밝혔다.

또 80시간의 사회봉사와 40시간의 성폭력 치료강의 수강을 명령했다.

A씨는 지난해 6∼7월 B씨 집 앞에서 베란다 창문 틈 사이로 보이는 B씨의 알몸과 다리를 휴대전화 카메라로 촬영한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.

신 판사는 "주거지 내에 있는 피해자를 촬영해 죄질이 불량한 점,파이터 토토 도메인피해자와 합의되지 않은 점은 불리한 정상"이라며 "범죄 전력이 없는 초범인 점 등을 참작해 형을 정했다"고 판시했다.

공무원은 성범죄를 저질러 100만원 이상의 벌금형을 선고받고 확정되면 당연퇴직한다.
