크리스탈리나 게오르기에바 IMF 총재는 27일(현지시간) 기자회견에서 "미국 경기가 좋아 인플레이션 위협이 상존하기 때문에 연준이 적어도 연말까지 금리 인하를 기다려야 한다"고 말했다.

그는 "미국은 G-20 국가 중 유일하게 팬데믹 이전 수준을 상회하는 성장률을 보이고 있다"며 "견조한 성장은 지속적으로 인플레이션을 자극한다"고 덧붙였다.
