기업 효율성·인프라 ↑,경제성과·정부효율성 ↓

기획재정부에 따르면 IMD가 발표한 '2024년 국가경쟁력 평가 결과'에서 우리나라가 전체 67개국 중 20위로 사상 최고 순위를 기록했다고 18일 발표했다.

IMD는 경제협력개발기구(OECD) 회원국과 신흥국 등을 대상으로 매년 6월 세계경쟁력연감을 발표한다.국가경쟁력은 기업을 경영하기 좋은 환경을 만들어 줄 수 있는 역량을 평가한다.

IMD가 계량지표와 올해 3∼5월 설문한 지표를 토대로 발표한 결과에 따르면,우리나라의 국가경쟁력 순위는 올해 20위로 집계돼 2023년(28위)보다 8계단 올랐다.1997년 평가 대상에 포함된 이래 최고 순위다.

싱가포르가 지난해(4위)보다 올라 1위를 차지했다.스위스,덴마크,아일랜드,kb국민카드 해외직구 이벤트홍콩 등 순으로 뒤를 이었다.

대만은 8위,kb국민카드 해외직구 이벤트미국과 중국은 각각 12위,kb국민카드 해외직구 이벤트14위로 나타났다.일본은 38위다.

독일은 지난해 22위에서 올해 24위로 떨어져 우리나라보다 낮아졌다.

분야별로 살펴보면 '기업 효율성' 분야가 33위에서 23위로 10계단 올라 종합 순위 상승을 이끌었다.

생산성·효율성(41→33위),노동시장(39→31위),금융(36→29위),kb국민카드 해외직구 이벤트경영관행(35→28위),태도·가치관(18→11위) 등 세부 평가 항목에서 모두 순위가 상승했다.

'인프라' 분야도 16위에서 11위로 5계단 올라갔다.기본 인프라(23→14위),기술 인프라(23→16위),과학 인프라(2→1위),교육(26→19위) 등의 부문 순위가 오른 결과다.

인프라 분야서 보건·환경 부문은 한 계단(29→30위) 낮아졌다.보건인프라(14→27위) 항목 순위가 떨어진 영향이다.

'경제성과' 분야는 14위에서 16위로 두계단 하락했다.국제투자(32→35위),물가(41→43위)분야도 지난해보다 떨어졌다.

'정부효율성' 분야는 38위에서 39위로 떨어졌다.

이 분야서 재정(40→38위),kb국민카드 해외직구 이벤트기업 여건(53→47위) 등에서 순위가 올랐지만 조세정책이 26위에서 34위로 하락했다.
