한국전력 자회사 직원들이 몰래 주택 담장을 넘었다가 한때 고소까지 당했습니다.

무단침입으로도 볼 수 있다는데,보루시아 도르트문트 챔피언스리그왜 그랬던 걸까요.

은색 SUV 차량이 도로변에서 멈추고 남성 1명이 내립니다.

이 남성은 잠시 담장 안쪽을 살피는가 싶더니 갑자기 담을 넘습니다.

[피해 집 주인 (음성변조)]
"내부에서 CCTV를 보고 이상하다 싶어서 빨리 뛰어나왔죠."

잠시 뒤 집 주인과 대화를 나눈 남성 일행들은 차를 타고 떠났습니다.

집 주인은 남성들에게 신분확인을 요청했지만 "한국전력에서 나왔다"는 답변만 들었습니다.

[피해 집 주인 (음성변조)]
"'혹시 사원증이라도 있냐' 그러니까 '사원증도 없다' 그러더라고요."

집 주인은 CCTV 영상을 경찰에 보여준 뒤에야 차량이 한전 자회사 소속인 것을 확인하고 고소장을 제출했습니다.

알고보니 한전 자회사 직원들이 심야전기 계량기에 무선 검침기를 설치하러 나왔다 허락도 받지 않고 담장을 넘었던 겁니다.

"평온을 해치는 정도로 침입을 하면 원래 법리적으로는 그냥 주거 침입이 성립하는 게 맞습니다."

담을 넘은 남성은 뒤늦게 집 주인에게 어러번 사과를 했고 고소는 취하됐습니다.

"제발 복장 규정 이런 거 다 지켜서 와달라라고 이야기를 해도,보루시아 도르트문트 챔피언스리그협력사나 아니면 자회사나 이런 쪽에다가 강제할 수 있는 규정이 없다고…"

한국전력 충북본부는 집 주인에게 다시 사과하고 본사뿐 아니라 자회사에 대해서도 명찰 패용과 복장 규정 준수,보루시아 도르트문트 챔피언스리그고객 동의 후 작업 등 현장 특별교육을 실시하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
