현대차그룹은 오는 15일 싱가포르 주롱 혁신지구의‘현대차그룹 싱가포르 글로벌 혁신센터(HMGICS)’에 미쉐린 3스타 셰프‘코리 리’와 협업한 한식 레스토랑‘나오(Na Oh)’를 공식 오픈한다고 13일 밝혔다.

‘나오’레스토랑 오프닝 메뉴 평양냉면 상차림 [사진제공=현대차그룹]한식당 나오는 현대차그룹의 싱가포르 미래 모빌리티 허브 HMGICS 내 고객 경험 공간 3층에 396㎡(약 120평) 규모로 조성됐다.식당의 이름인‘나오’는‘안에서 밖으로 나오다’의 뜻의 한글이다.나오는 사계절의 변화를 담은 한국적인 상차림을 통해 한국적 발효 문화에 기반한 창의성과 제철 음식을 활용한 다채로운 맛을 알릴 예정이다.

찬,월드컵 h조진짓상,월드컵 h조후식으로 이루어진 코스 요리로 음식이 제공되며 계절 구분이 없는 싱가포르에서 사계절 특성에 따른 제철 메뉴를 분기마다 다르게 선보인다.오프닝 메뉴로 여름 제철 식재료를 활용한 광어·해삼 물회,평양냉면,월드컵 h조능이버섯 삼계탕과 나박김치,월드컵 h조열무김치 등을 준비해 고객들에게 정갈한 한식의 맛을 선사할 계획이다.

현대차그룹 관계자는 “나오를 방문하는 현지 고객들이 한국의 식문화를 넘어 전반적인 한국 문화를 더 깊게 느낄 수 있도록 준비했다”며 “앞으로도 현대차그룹만의 독창적인 콘텐츠를 통해 고객들이 다양한 경험을 느낄 수 있게 끊임없이 노력할 것”이라고 전했다.
