"그냥 단순한 명예훼손이 아니라고 생각합니다.대한민국의 국익을 해치는 중차대한 범죄행위라고 생각을 합니다."

오늘 서울 영등포경찰서에 국민의힘 배현진 의원에 대한 고소장을 제출했습니다.

배 의원이 언론에 허위사실을 유포해 김 여사의 명예를 심각하게 훼손했다는 겁니다.

배 의원은 '호화 기내식' 의혹을 제기한 바 있습니다.

[배현진 / 국민의힘 의원 (지난 3일)]
"기내식에 6천만 원을 넘게 사용했다거나 라는 식의 도저히 국민들이 상식적으로 납득할 수 없을 만한 그런 팩트들이 더 밝혀지고 있거든요."

배 의원은 "검찰의 본격 수사 기사가 쏟아져나오니 애가 닳긴 하나 보다"며 "어느 부분이 허위라는 것인지 검찰 수사를 착실히 받으면 저절로 밝혀질 것"이라고 받아쳤습니다.

검찰은 김 여사의 '인도 타지마할 외유성 출장 의혹' 수사에 본격 착수했습니다.
