서울서부지방검찰청은 오늘(15일) 업무상과실치사상 혐의를 받는 용산구청 관계자 4명의 결심공판에서 박 구청장에게 이같이 선고해 달라고 재판부에 요청했습니다.

검찰은 함께 재판에 넘겨진 최 모 전 용산구 안전재난과장에게는 징역 3년,바카르 캠핑카유승재 전 용산구 부구청장과 문 모 전 용산구 안전건설교통국장에게는 각각 금고 2년을 구형했습니다.

검찰은 박 구청장 등이 부여된 책임을 이행하지 않았고,바카르 캠핑카사고를 막기 위한 어떠한 실질적인 조치도 취하지 않았다며 구형 이유를 설명했습니다.
