맥도날드는 시각장애인 고객이 키오스크의 위치를 찾을 수 있도록 전 직영 매장 바닥에 점자 블록을 부착했다.주문 시 테이블 번호를 입력하면 직원이 주문 메뉴를 자리로 가져다주는 '테이블 서비스'도 제공한다.테이블 번호는 점자로도 표기돼 있다.주문 과정에서 직원의 도움을 받을 수 있는 장애인 도움호출벨도 마련했다.
