그는 이어 "일반적으로 말하면 우리는 남중국해 안팎에서의 중국의 공격정 행위에 대해서 분명하게 밝혀왔으며 이 행동에 대응하기 위해 동맹 및 파트너 국가와 계속 긴밀히 협력할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
