특수 안경으로 경찰관들의 대화를 몰래 녹화·녹음한 30대 여성 수감자가 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

대구지검 환경·보건범죄전담부(부장검사 남계식)는 오늘(19일) 통신비밀보호법 위반 등 혐의로 A 씨를 구속기소했습니다.

A 씨는 지난달 13일 대구 동구 한 병원에서 평소 갖고 있던 호신용 가스총으로 의사의 얼굴에 최루액을 여러 차례 쏘고,이를 제지하기 위해 출동한 경찰관들을 폭행한 뒤 현행범 체포돼 특수폭행,공무집행방해 혐의로 구속 송치된 상태였습니다.

이후 검찰은 A 씨의 호송을 담당한 교도관으로부터 A 씨의 영치품 중 특이한 안경이 보관된 것을 파악했고,이 안경에 소형 녹화·녹음 장치가 부착된 것을 확인했습니다.

해당 특수 안경은 최대 140분가량을 녹화·녹음할 수 있는 터치스크린 작동 방식인 걸로 조사됐습니다.

검찰은 A 씨로부터 특수 안경을 임의제출받아 디지털포렌식 분석해 약 200개에 달하는 녹화 파일을 확보했습니다.

이 파일에는 경찰관들이 A 씨를 어떤 방식으로 수사할지 협의하는 대화 내용,나의 해방일지 구씨유치장 내부 모습,구속 전 피의자 심문 과정에서 영장 담당 판사와 법원 계장들의 얼굴 등이 담겨 있었습니다.

검찰은 A 씨에 대해 경찰관 등의 대화를 불법으로 녹음·녹화한 혐의를 추가해 구속기소 했습니다.
